LET'S PARTY 5K

Party follows the race at the beach-front pool featuring 
music by Anchor Rose, food and spirits.  There will be a $10.00 charge for the party, band, food and spirits.  Come one, come all for a great evening at the Beach Club. 
*Party is included in price of ticket for all runners.

2009 LET'S PARTY BASH
Packet Pickup - Packet pickup will be at CK Sports and the YMCA on Thursday and by noon on Friday.  Timing chips and bib numbers can only be picked up at the race.   Ck Sports is located at the corner of Hwy 121 and Custer Road in McKinney (214-383-0088).   - Parking will be available at the Stonebridge Beach Club, the YMCA and Dowell Middle School.  The YMCA and Dowell Middle School are on Ridge Road just behing the Beach Club.

Chip Timing - The race will be timed by Race Chip Timing.   Chips will be picked up the morning of the race.   The timing chip is to be worn around your ANKLE.  If you do not wear the chip, you will not be timed. The chips will be collected by volunteers at the finish line and must be returned.   There is a $25 charge for any chip that is not returned.  Race results can be found shortly after the race at www.racechiptiming.com 

Volunteers - We would like to thank all our volunteers, past and present. Without you, this would not be possible. We always need all the good volunteers we can get, so bring your friends and family and anyone you know who would like to help out and be part of the race team.   Contact michhudd@sbcglobal.net  if you would like to volunteer!  

Refund Policy - There is no rain date for the event.  In cases of inclement weather, natural disaster or other unforeseen extraordinary circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel the event and/or modify the race course for safety concerns.  Under such circumstances, there will be no refunds or transfer of entries to future Stonebridge Racers events. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid.  All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration.  We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair and safe event for all.  Management reserves the right to reject or accept a race entry for any reason. All registrations are non-refundable & non transferrable.

Fees - $25 for the 5k and $15 for the 1K.  Add $5 a week before the race. 
  
Brief Description - The race is through Stonebridge Ranch.  The certified 5K course is both fun and challenging.  The 1K will be on the hike and bike trail and will cross the finish line.  There will be music, prizes and awards! 

Awards  - Awards will be given to the overall male and female open and masters and Athena and Clydesdale winners in the 5K.  Age group awards will be 5 year increments.  All 1Ker's receive a medal. Lots of prizes and awards.
